About IntertradeIntertrade Co. is a leading Egyptian manufacturer specializing in PVC compounds, refrigerator door gaskets, magnetic strips, and sealing solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to support our growing organization by managing core HR operations while helping improve our HR systems and processes.Manage the end-to-end monthly and bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution.Handle all personnel activities including employee files, contracts, probation, resignations, terminations, social insurance, labor office requirements, and compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.Administer compensation and benefits programs, maintain salary records, and support annual salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.Coordinate the company's Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI tracking, performance appraisal cycles, probation evaluations, and performance documentation.Lead recruitment activities including manpower requests, job postings, CV screening, HR interviews, interview coordination, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding.Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave balances, and other HR documentation.Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards covering payroll, headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, overtime, and other HR KPIs.Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, forms, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Work closely with department managers to support workforce planning, employee relations, and HR initiatives.Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and HR systems to analyze data, automate reports, and improve HR processes.Assist in HR projects related to organizational development, employee engagement, Total Rewards, and HR digitalization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.4–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Total Rewards, Payroll and Personnel.Hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Recruitment, and HR Operations.Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, advanced formulas, reporting).Experience using HRIS or ERP systems;

Odoo experience is a plus.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High level of accuracy, confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
