Human Resources Team Leader

The HR Team Leader is responsible for overseeing core human resources functions within the gym environment, with a strong focus on recruitment, job analysis, performance management, learning and development, payroll coordination, and personnel management.

The role ensures smooth daily HR operations, supports department managers with workforce planning, and maintains compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

The HR Team Leader also plays a key role in employee relations, handling conflicts professionally, promoting a positive work culture, and supporting staff performance and engagement across all gym operations.
