ID Sites Senior Supervisor

Supervise and oversee on-site finishing works to ensure successful project in accordance with approved plans and specifications.Monitor the quality of execution and comply with technical drawings, project standards, and quality requirements.Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers and the technical office team to maintain smooth workflow and timely project delivery.Prepare periodic progress reports and closely monitor project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.Identify and resolve on-site execution issues proactively, ensuring efficient progress and minimizing project delays.

Minimum of 5 years experience in interior decoration and interior finishing works.Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, as well as performing quantity surveying.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate site work effectively.Highly organized and committed to meeting project deadlines, with the ability to perform efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
