Import & Customs Clearance Specialist

Coordinate and monitor import customs clearance activities to ensure timely shipment release.Prepare, review, and verify import documentation, including ACID, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth customs operations.Track shipment status, resolve customs clearance issues, and ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations.Maintain accurate customs documentation and support continuous process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Customs Clearance, Import Operations, or International Trade.Good knowledge of the Egyptian customs process and ACID system.Experience handling import documentation.Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Retail experience is highly preferred.
