Import & Export Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import & Export Specialist to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling import/export operations, coordinating with shipping companies and customs brokers, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities:Follow up import and export shipments from start to delivery.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents.Prepare and review shipping and customs documents.Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.Track shipment status and resolve any logistics issues.Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding shipment schedules.Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipping documents.

2–5 years of experience in import & export operations.Previous experience dealing with customs clearance and shipping companies.Good knowledge of shipping documents and international trade procedures.Experience working on Nafeza system is a must.Ability to handle shipment follow-up and coordination independently.
