Import Specialist

Respond promptly and professionally to customers inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s operations.Track shipments across different channels.Follow up receiving the goods, shipping process and handle any problem may occur.Request & coordinate the transportation of all shipments and monitor till receiving in our warehouses.Prepare all necessary documentation for handling logistics work and any other documents as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.Provide detailed service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.Follow up and review customer invoices from making the orders to arrive to delivery destination.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Bachelor’s Degree.Well organized and good attention to details.Ability to work under pressure.Previous experience in companies dealing with imported goods is preferred.1-3 years of experience in field.Take responsibility for the work.Very Good English Level is a must.Very Good in Microsoft Package is a must (especially Excel).Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
