Importing Accountant

Financial Accounting & ReportingPrepare daily journal entries.Participate in monthly account reconciliations.Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations.Support with monthly documentation.

Accounts Payable & ReceivableReview supplier invoices, payment runs, and aging reports.Ensure timely collection of receivables and accurate posting of customer payments.Reconcile vendor and customer balances regularly.Prepare and review all account payables, financial reports and data in a timely and accurate manner.

Management (Is A Must)Prepare inventory cost allocation for imported goods.Manage foreign vendor accounts, ensuring accurate balances and payments.Conducted landed cost analysis for imported goods, including freight, customs, and clearance costs to ensure accurate inventory valuation.

Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and accuracy.Excellent Excel and ERP system skills (Specially Odoo.).Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team.
