Inbound Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Logistics Manager to oversee inbound supply chain operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials to support production and business continuity.The successful candidate will manage procurement coordination, and supplier logistics while optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency and delivery performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound logistics operations and material flow from suppliers to warehouse/production.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Coordinate the release of goods from ports while considering the warehouses capacities.Monitor logistics performance to improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehouse, accounting and production.

Analyze logistics data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

+10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Operations.Experience in inbound freight and customs clearance is a must.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in manufacturing or paints industry is a plus.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
