Indoor Sales Specialist

We are hiring a Female Indoor Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing automotive company.Your main role will be handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and converting them into successful deals.

You will be working with high-quality leads interested in car spare parts and automotive services.

What You Will Do: Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Follow up consistently until closing the deal Handle objections professionally and confidently Update and manage leads using CRM system (Engaz CRM)

Achieve monthly sales targetsWe are not looking for order takers.

We are looking for strong sales personalities who can close deals and handle pressure.

Female only Previous experience in sales (1–3 years preferred)

Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections and close deals Experience with CRM systems is a plus Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel Commitment and discipline (very important)

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Fast learner and willing to improve daily Background in automotive or spare parts is a plus (not required)
