Job Responsibilities and role :Map, monitor and keep under control the quality level of the manufacturing processes regarding his/her area of responsibility (Mixing,semi-finished products, building, curing and finishing)Carry out gap analysis and define the needed improvements addressing proper actions.Act to reduce waste by studying and promoting continuous improvement solutions.Spread around the best practices with the involvement of relevant Central Technical functions and Quality Departments.'Promote and support the definitions and continuous update of the quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP,..)

Bachelor’s degree of Production / Mechanical Power / Electromechanics Engineering Alexandria University.Proven Experience 1-3 years at similar role is a Must.Alexandria Residence ONLY.Six sigma Green belt, with proven experience is a must.Males applying should have a defined Military service status ( Complete exemption or served)Excellent profession in using Computers and MS office is a MUST.Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.

Solid Works & AutoCAD Experience is an Advantage.Very Good analytical & reporting Skills.Excellent English Commands both spoken & written.Good communications skills with all levels of employees.Attentive & capable of working under pressure.
