Industrial Quality Internship - Alexandria

Measuring System Analysis ( Measurable and Attributes )Quality Projects Follow up execution with Industrial Quality TeamIndustrial Quality Process and plans following up and implementation.Tests Reporting to the Direct Managers.Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality.Develop dashboards and reports to monitor quality KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Ensure process stability and product quality through inspections.Refine quality checklists and identify critical characteristics to prevent issues and reduce complaints.Perform quality studies using control charts, process capability analysis, measurement system analysis (MSA), and gap analysis.Champion continuos process improvement initiatives.Maintain and update control plans and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).Investigate root causes of product failures and implement corrective actions.Utilize problem-solving tools to develop effective solutions.Manage and communicate process and material changes effectively.The intern will learn:An inside view of Prometeon's work environment of multinational & exposure to the Tyre manufacturing.A chance to develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.An actual on-the-job training that will help secure better career opportunities in the future.Internship Benefits:Internship monthly allowance.Company Daily Restaurant Meals.Transportation provided to the factory (from the nearest meeting point).Certificate by the end of the program.Social Insurance.
