Implement and monitor policies and procedures for hospital staff regarding sterilization, disinfection and decontamination of personnel, instruments and equipment.Regularly round in various hospital departments to evaluate compliance with infection prevention practices and regulatoryDevelop and provide educational programs for hospital staff on infection prevention practices.

This includes training new employees on basic infection prevention principles.

Analyze and distribute monthly surveillance data of the Infection Control team and reports to the medical staff, nursing staff and the quality and safety departments.Lead investigations of infection outbreaks, collaborating with clinical teams to identify sources, implement control measures, and report findings.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare field (e.g., physician, pharmacist, dentist)Infection control diploma is a must.2 years of experience in infection control , with specific experience in GAHAR accreditation processes.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement effective infection control measures.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to infection control.
