Influencer Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, remote role.

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Impacto, you will be at the core of our client delivery, identifying, vetting, and activating influencers across Instagram and TikTok for brand campaigns across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Your daily work will include:Building and managing influencer lists using our internal platform and manual researchVetting influencers for engagement quality, audience authenticity, and content relevanceRunning outreach campaigns and managing influencer relationships end-to-endCoordinating campaign briefs, content approvals, and posting schedulesTracking campaign performance and preparing clear client reportsMonitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging UAE creatorsSupporting lead generation efforts for new clients

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketingStrong knowledge of Instagram, engagement rates, audience demographics, content performanceAbility to identify fake followers and inflated engagement.Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is a plusComfortable working with data spreadsheets, performance metrics, and reportingStrong written communication in English for outreach and client reportingSelf-starter mentality, you take initiative and get things done without being micromanaged
