You’ll coordinate tasks, track progress, and help keep technical teams aligned while building your leadership and project management skills.Project Coordination & SupportAssist in creating project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns using Jira, Asana, or MS ProjectSchedule and facilitate meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, and status updatesTake detailed meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with ownersMaintain project documentation, dashboards, and Confluence pagesTeam & CommunicationAct as a liaison between developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholdersEscalate risks, blockers, and scope changes to senior PMs promptlyProvide regular status updates to stakeholders using clear, non-technical languageHelp onboard new team members to project tools and processesExecution & MonitoringTrack project tasks, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor sprint velocity, burndown charts, and basic KPIs with guidanceCoordinate UAT, release planning, and post-launch support activitiesHelp document lessons learned and contribute to process improvementsBudget & AdminTrack project hours and expenses against budget with oversightAssist with vendor communications and procurement requestsEnsure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
