We are looking for Instrumentation Service Engineer with experience in industrial measurement technologies (flow, level, vibration …).

Job DescriptionCommission measurement instruments onsite as well as troubleshoot any reported problems.In-house device troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration.Provide technical support to the customers and manage customer service tickets on the service portal.Conduct device health check service and technical training for customers.Developing on-site/in-house service reports.Communicate with vendor service team and technical support to resolve customer technical problems.Later job role will evolve to include wired / wireless switches configuration, PLC programming, and SCADA development.

2 - 3 years of experience in a similar job role.Strong experience in commissioning and troubleshooting of measurement devices: flow, level, pressure, temperature, liquid analysis, and gas analysis instruments,Previous service experience in industrial switches, PLC / RTU, and SCADA is a plus.Good knowledge about industrial protocols, such as MODBUS, Profinet, etc.Very good at utilizing word, excel, and PowerPoint.Very good in English (speaking, reading, and writing).Fast learner and willing to always expand his / her technical knowledge.Very good communication and negotiation skills.
