Founding Interior Design Team Leader – Cairo Design Studio‏Location: Sheraton, Cairo, EgyptImportant NoticeThis is not a standard recruitment opportunity.We are seeking an exceptional Interior Design Team Leader to establish and lead our Cairo Design Office.This position is intended exclusively for professionals with proven leadership experience, outstanding design capabilities, and the ability to manage high-end interior design projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Due to the strategic importance of this position, the selection process will be highly competitive and consists of multiple evaluation stages, including portfolio review, technical assessment, interviews, and a structured evaluation period before final appointment.Only candidates who successfully complete all evaluation stages will be considered for this role.About the CompanyWe are an international interior design company operating across multiple countries.The Cairo office is a dedicated Design Studio that supports the company’s international projects and operates under the same quality standards as our global offices.Please note that this office is not the company’s headquarters, but a specialized design office responsible for delivering design services for international projects.Position OverviewThe Interior Design Team Leader will be responsible for leading the Cairo Design Office, managing the design team, ensuring exceptional project quality, maintaining company standards, and delivering projects on schedule.This role requires both strong leadership and advanced technical expertise in interior design.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Interior Design team.Plan and distribute daily and weekly tasks.Review and approve all design work before client submission.Ensure all projects meet the company’s quality standards.Coordinate with the company’s international management team.Monitor project schedules and deadlines.Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers.Conduct regular internal design reviews.Solve technical and design-related challenges.Participate in hiring and evaluating future designers.Prepare weekly performance and project progress reports.Build a high-performance design culture within the Cairo office.Working HoursSaturday to Wednesday10:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork LocationSheraton, Cairo, EgyptCompensation Package

• Monthly Salary: EGP 50,000 – 70,000* Final salary will be determined based on experience, portfolio quality, leadership capabilities, technical assessment, and interview performance.

RequirementsExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Interior Design.Minimum 2 years in a leadership or senior management role.Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.Technical SkillsExcellent knowledge of:AutoCADSketchUp3ds MaxCorona Renderer / V-RayAdobe PhotoshopStrong experience in:Interior Concept DesignMood BoardsSpace PlanningMaterial SelectionFurniture PlanningTechnical & Executive DrawingsDesign PresentationProject CoordinationLeadership SkillsProven leadership and team management experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality.Good command of English.
