Inventory Controller

Stock Monitoring: Track and audit daily incoming and outgoing inventory movements to ensure compliance with company policies.Inventory Audits: Plan and conduct regular physical stock counts (cycle counts and periodic audits) and reconcile them with ERP system records.Discrepancy Analysis: Investigate variances between physical stock and system records, identify root causes for damage or loss, and report findings to management.Stock Level Optimization: Monitor safety stock levels and reorder points to prevent both stockouts and overstocking.Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all receiving/issuing documents are accurately entered into the system on time and prepare periodic inventory reports.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field (Graduation completed).Experience: [e.g., 2–4 years] of proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role.Location: Must reside near 6th of October City or Sheikh Zayed City.Age: Between 25 to 41 years old.Gender: Male preferred.Military Status: Military service completed or exempted.Availability: Full-time dedication (not currently enrolled in studies).Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
