Inventory Controller

Monitor inventory levels and ensure the accuracy of stock records across the warehouse and retail stores.Verify that all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.Execute cycle count activities according to the approved schedule.Participate in periodic and annual physical inventory counts.Analyze inventory count results and identify the root causes of variances.Prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions.Review and validate inventory transactions, including:ReceivingPutawayInternal TransfersStore TransfersPickingDispatchCustomer ReturnsReturn to Vendor (RTV)Damaged ItemsEnsure all transactions are supported by proper documentation and approved according to company policies.Perform regular reconciliation between physical inventory and ERP records.Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.Process approved inventory adjustments and maintain proper records.Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.Support investigations related to stock shortages, overages, or shrinkage.Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend improvements.

EducationBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.Experience2–4 years of experience in Inventory Control, Stock Control, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.Previous experience in Retail, Fashion Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred.Experience in managing inventory transactions and conducting cycle counts and physical inventory activities.Systems & Computer SkillsGood experience using ERP systems such as:OdooSAPOracleMicrosoft DynamicsProficient in Microsoft Excel, including:Pivot TablesVLOOKUP/XLOOKUPBasic Data AnalysisReporting
