Inventory Controller

Maintain accurate inventory records and track all stock movements.Perform regular inventory audits (wall-to-wall, cyclical, ad-hoc) and resolve discrepancies.Monitor inventory levels to support production and operations.Provide accurate data for production planning and forecasting.Analyze inventory turnover, slow-moving items, and key KPIs.Develop and implement inventory control procedures and improvement initiatives.Coordinate with procurement, finance, production, and suppliers regarding deliveries, quality, and issues.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.2-4 years of experience in inventory control (manufacturing/retail/high-volume preferred).

Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP, preferably Odoo).Understanding of audits, loss prevention, and lean inventory practices.Familiarity with production planning and forecasting.Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Excel and data reporting tools.Ability to analyze KPIs, optimize stock levels, and drive continuous improvement.
