Supervise the Market Inquiry Team to ensure that centralized inquiry reports are prepared and delivered within the specified timelines, supporting timely credit decision-making.Oversee the preparation of credit inquiry reports according to the approved schedule while verifying the accuracy of customers’ identification and reference codes to ensure data quality and the integrity of credit assessment processes.Review market and credit inquiry reports to ensure they are free from technical errors, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of information before it is used for lending or settlement decisions.Examine data included in consolidated statements and credit inquiry reports, including collateral registry disclosure information, to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data utilized in creditworthiness assessments.Verify the inclusion of delinquent customers and customers subject to legal actions in consolidated statements and credit inquiry reports to monitor default situations and maintain an accurate risk database.Provide technical support to employees of the Centralized Inquiry Department and branch offices to standardize work procedures, enhance performance quality, and ensure consistency between the head office and branches.Ensure compliance with the institution’s approved policies and procedures while maintaining professional conduct and adherence to work regulations, fostering a disciplined environment that supports efficient and high-quality credit decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Advanced knowledge of loans, credit facilities, and creditworthiness assessment methodologies.Good understanding of the nature and operations of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
