Role Shape the Future of Corporate Communications & Investor EngagementSupport the development of the Company's investor relations function and strengthen communication with shareholders, financial institutions, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.This position is related to corporate finance, strategic planning, business valuation, capital markets, governance, and executive-level communications.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing investor presentations, management reports, and corporate communications.Support financial analysis, business performance reporting, and market research activities.Coordinate investor meetings, stakeholder communications, and information requests.Assist in preparing annual reports, board materials, and strategic presentations.Maintain investor databases and reporting schedules.Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market developments.Support strategic alliance, partnership, and corporate development initiatives.Ensure consistency and quality of financial and corporate disclosures.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Audit, or Financial Reporting.

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Experience with SAP ERP and advanced Excel capabilities.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and financial reporting tools.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Professional certifications (CFA, CMA, ACCA, FMVA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
