In this role, you will play a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships between the IT department and our business units.

You will act as a bridge, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.Assess the needed systems based on business requirements.Translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.Advocate for business needs within the IT department.Manage and prioritize IT requests from business units.Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT teams.Monitor and measure the success of IT solutions from a business perspective.Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).2-3 years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management, projects management or IT-business alignment.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Good understanding of system architecture, application integration, APIs, and enterprise solutionsStrong capability in troubleshooting business and technical problems by understanding customer journeys and business processes.Ability to identify root causes of issues through analysis of business workflows, system integrations, and operational processes.Strong Presentation & Analytical skills with experience with excel & preferably Power BIExperience with project management tools like Jira & MS ProjectTOGAF Certification is highly desirable
