IT Engineer

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and security systems.Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security procedures are implemented.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and equipment.Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records.Support ERP systems, Office 365, and other business applications.Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operations.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or System Administration.Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server.Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft environments.Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Familiarity with firewalls, cybersecurity practices, and data backup solutions.Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
