- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Ensure stable operation of LAN, WAN, wireless, and internet connectivity across all departments and production sites.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime in production and office systems.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, including access controls, antivirus, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Provide technical support for users across departments including engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and administration.
- Maintain documentation of network architecture, equipment, and configurations.
- Work with global IT teams to align with Midea Group’s IT policies and standards.
- Assist in network-related aspects of smart factory systems (e.g., IoT devices, MES systems, PLCs, and automation infrastructure).
- Perform routine maintenance and apply firmware updates to all networking equipment.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2:4 years of experience in network administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Familiar with industrial Ethernet networks, VLANs, and wireless deployments.
- Experience with Cisco, H3C, or Huawei networking equipment is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, HCIA) are preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software.
