IT Help Desk

Provide comprehensive Hardware & Software technical support to company employees, with a primary focus on engineers and designers in the Design Department. Install, activate, update, and troubleshoot engineering and graphic design applications to ensure maximum stability (Software Support). Inspect, maintain, assemble, and configure computer systems and peripherals, while resolving physical component failures (Hardware Support). Manage, log, and resolve daily IT support tickets systematically. Technical Qualifications & Skills: Strong, proven experience in troubleshooting both Hardware & Software issues. In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting and resolving application errors for: Engineering Software: AutoCAD, Revit, and FluidFlow. Graphic Design Software: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Professional familiarity with high-end workstations, advanced GPU configurations, and rendering-related technical issues

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good documentation skills. Good command of English.  Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
