IT Help Desk

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and user accounts.Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and network access problems.Monitor network performance, apply security updates, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.Maintain IT assets, support records, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.Escalate complex technical or network issues to higher-level IT support and coordinate with vendors when required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Network Support.Hands-on experience troubleshooting network connectivity and end-user technical issues.Experience supporting switches, routers, and network printers is preferred.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
