IT Infrastructure & Application Support Supervisor – Fayoum Site

IT Infrastructure & Security ManagementMaintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.Monitor system performance to guarantee high availability, reliability, and optimal uptime.Implement and manage robust data backup and disaster recovery processes.Enforce IT infrastructure security protocols to comply with industry standards and internal regulations.Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure scaling and continuous improvement.

Enterprise Applications & Technical SupportOversee the functionality, integration, and performance efficiency of core enterprise applications.Perform deep-dive problem resolution for complex hardware, software, network, and application issues.Assist IT teams by extracting and analysing logs to expedite troubleshooting.Work alongside developers, analysts, and vendors to update, maintain, and improve internal software.

Site Facilities & Maintenance OperationsCreate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all onsite facilities and technical systems.Monitor and enforce strict safety regulations and quality standards during all maintenance procedures on systems, IT assets, and physical hardware.

Service Management, Governance & LeadershipManage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes through the IT Service Management platform.Identify operational inefficiencies and participate in automation and process optimization initiatives.Contribute to the standardization of IT governance policies and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Provide guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to junior IT staff members.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent.Skills and Abilities:Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.Proven experience in application management or a similar role.Extensive knowledge of enterprise hardware and software systems.Proven experience with network management and security practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Giza Residents will be preferred
