IT Infrastructure Manager

Develops and owns the IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap, planning capacity, budgets, and future technology investments in line with business needs.Manages the organization’s IT infrastructure resources, licenses, subscriptions, and assets (servers, cloud, systems, network, CCTV, security, and service desk).Oversees backup and disaster recovery operations, ensuring reliable validation, testing, and business continuity.Ensures high availability of all critical business applications and enterprise systems to maximize performance and uptime.Leads the IT infrastructure team, providing direction, coaching, and periodic performance reviews to build in-depth technical expertise.Manages Active Directory services, Microsoft 365, email services, user policies, file sharing, and on-premises/cloud environments.Oversees virtualization environments (VMware ESXi, VMs, vCenter) and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions.Manages data center operations, production support, database administration, and network infrastructure (Racks, UPS, access control, SAN storage, switches, and security).Oversees WAN/LAN connectivity, SD-WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls, and network security.Manages network security solutions (Firewalls, WAF, endpoint security, and EDR).Manages voice systems, mobile lines, SIP trunks, and IVR for the company hotline.Owns overall IT infrastructure support and day-to-day operations within defined SLAs.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and capacity planning capabilities.Strong hands-on expertise across servers, networks, virtualization, cloud, and security.Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, CCNP, ITIL) are a strong plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
