IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and maintain the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.

The role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of networks, servers, and related systems while providing technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure componentsMonitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliabilityTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely mannerSupport end users with technical issues (onsite and remote)Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rightsPerform regular system updates, patches, and backupsEnsure IT security best practices are followed (antivirus, firewall, access control)Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and proceduresCoordinate with vendors and external service providers when neededAssist in IT projects such as system upgrades and infrastructure improvements

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience:Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administrationTechnical Skills:Basic knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with Windows Server and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)Understanding of cybersecurity principles and toolsExperience with backup and recovery systemsKnowledge of hardware (servers, PCs, printers, routers, switches)
