• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of IT experience with expert-level skills in:o Microsoft & VMware infrastructure (AD, Azure, Intune, vSphere, M365)o Fortinet Security Stack: NGFW, FortiMail, FortiEDR, FortiNDR, FortiDLP, FortiSIEMo Operational databases :MS SqlServer, MySqlo Source Code Repositories: GitHub, GitLabo Backup & DR: Veeam, Azure/AvePointo Manage Engine Service Desk Plus
• Experience coordinating penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and IT audits with third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL/ITSM, ISO 27001, PDPL, GDPR, NCA ECCs).
• Proven experience in asset management, data classification, and access control.Competencies

• Reporting & Accountability – Delivers accurate, timely, and scheduled reports on IT operations, backups, security, and audit findings.
• Ownership & Leadership – Operates independently as branch IT lead while coordinating with HQ.
• Problem-Solving – Handles complex technical, security, and operational issues proactively.
