IT Manager

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.Ensure the security and integrity of all company IT systems and data.Lead IT support teams and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.Manage IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.Coordinate with vendors and service providers.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Manage IT budgets and control technology-related expenses.Provide technical guidance and training to staff.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT, including managerial experience.Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Excellent leadership and project management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Good communication skills in English.Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS, ITIL) are an advantage.
