IT Manager

Our Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the company's Information Technology function and ensure the availability, security, and continuous improvement of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, hardware, software, and communication systems.Ensure data security, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery plans are effectively implemented.Oversee ERP systems and business applications, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.Lead the IT team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and support employee development.Manage IT operations across all company locations, ensuring high system availability and timely technical support.Prepare and control the IT department budget while optimizing technology investments.Manage relationships with IT vendors, software providers, internet service providers, and telecommunications companies.Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR devices, and network connectivity.Coordinate with internal departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.Ensure preventive maintenance plans are implemented for all IT assets and infrastructure.

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.MBA or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Administration is a plus.Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications.Good command of English (written and spoken).Technical RequirementsStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, and VPN.Experience with network administration, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and network security.Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.Experience managing ERP systems and enterprise business applications.Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud technologies is preferred.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Knowledge of SQL Server and database administration is an advantage.Experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR devices, and network connectivity.Experience managing IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, and technology procurement.Ability to manage IT assets, preventive maintenance plans, and IT support operations.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skills.Strategic planning and organizational skills.Project management and execution.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.Budget planning and cost control.Vendor management and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on service quality and operational excellence.
