IT Manager

Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.- Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.- Manage ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other business applications.- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.- Lead digital transformation and technology improvement projects.- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service providers.- Prepare and control the IT department budget.- Ensure business continuity through backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity practices.- Provide technical support and guidance to all business functions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, and cloud technologies.- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.- Very good command of English.
