IT Specialist

The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and user systems.

The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring devices and applications, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.

The IT Specialist also provides user support, monitors system performance, and helps maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Windows systems, Microsoft Office, printers, email systems, and basic server support.Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
