IT Specialist ( Mokattam Hospital )

Provide technical support to all hospital staff (hardware, software, and network issues).Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and medical-related systems.Monitor and maintain network performance (LAN/Wi-Fi).Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner.Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.Support hospital systems (HIS/EMR) and coordinate with vendors when needed.Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation.Assist in system upgrades, implementations, and IT projects.Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.2–4 years of experience in IT support (preferably in hospitals or healthcare).Good knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems.Experience with hospital systems (HIS/EMR) is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
