IT Support / Junior IT Specialist

Job Summary:We are looking for an IT Support / Junior IT Specialist to provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in maintaining the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to company users.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.Assist in network setup, VLAN configuration, and switch management.Support server and system administration tasks.Install and organize network cabling, racks, and patch panels.Record and track IT issues and ensure timely resolution.

1–3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (MCSE).Basic knowledge of Cisco networking (CCNA).Experience with network cabling and rack organization is a plus.Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
