IT Support Specialist

Diagnosing and repairing faults.Resolving network issues.Installing and configuring hardware and software.Answering phone calls, emails and chats from Branches having problems with a product.Explaining how to repair technical issues in a way that the Users can understand with easy steps.Helping Users set up computer software or run applications.Resolving IT support requests from Users.Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.Maintaining composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations.

BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.Very Good in English.Excellent communication skills.Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
