IT System Administrator

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT System Administrator to oversee and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, implement robust cybersecurity measures, manage software deployments, and provide technical support to all staff members.

This role is critical for supporting the company’s operational efficiency and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor networks, servers, software, and hardware to ensure seamless business operations.Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect company data and systems.Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.Continuously optimize IT systems, software, and applications in alignment with business goals.Manage software deployment and coordinate with external vendors for procurement and support.Provide technical guidance and training to staff on IT systems and best practices for data handling.Deliver timely IT support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high service levels.Prepare and submit detailed reports to management regarding IT performance and incidents.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in IT systems administration, network management, and infrastructure maintenance.Strong knowledge of programming languages, with specific experience in Odoo being highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
