IT Technical Support Specialist

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints- Monitor system performance, security, and availability- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues- Support network operations including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems- Manage backups, recovery processes, and system upgrades- Coordinate with vendors and support IT improvement projects

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and supportStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, routing, switching)Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cybersecurity practicesBasic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Python) is a plusStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsRelevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or Security+ are preferred.Must be Male.
