Job Change Engineer-glass experience

The Job Change Senior Engineer – Glass Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan.

The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing job changes in glass production lines to ensure efficient mold changes, minimal downtime, and consistent product quality.

Daily tasks include coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams; analyzing line performance data; and implementing improvements to job change procedures and setups.

The Senior Engineer will oversee job change schedules, document best practices and standards, and provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior engineers.

The role also involves troubleshooting process issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in glass production or forming operations.4–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in glass production or forming operations.Strong understanding of forming machinery, mold change procedures, and production planning.Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and operating ERP/MES systems.Solid knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing compliance requirements.Demonstrated experience in glass manufacturing or container production, with strong understandingSkills in production planning, line setup optimization, and reduction of downtime during job changes.
