Jr. Architect Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:Create detailed plans for the construction project.Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.

Work closely with team leader and senior to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.Design, develop and implement architectural drawings and specifications..Use advanced design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to create detailed architectural engineering plans.Review and interpret building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure project designs meet all legal and safety requirements.Work closely with the engineering design team, architectural design team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.

Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, technical issues, and compliance matters.

Skills:Strong technical knowledge of architectural and engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.Professional certification or licensure in architectural engineering is advantageous.Minimum of 2-5 years.
