Junior Accountant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in reporting and compliance processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions (expenses, revenues, invoices)Prepare and post journal entriesAssist in accounts payable and receivable processesReconcile bank statements and company accountsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesMaintain proper documentation and filing of financial recordsAssist in preparing financial reports and analysisEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsCoordinate with other departments for financial data and approvals

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1-3 years of experience in accounting or financeGood knowledge of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with accounting software is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsGood communication skills
