Key ResponsibilitiesManage full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, assets)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsEnsure accurate financial closing and reconciliationsMonitor cash flow, expenses, and budgetsHandle tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulationsSupport audits and provide required documentationControl and review inventory accounting (important for fashion/retail)Identify cost leaks and propose financial controls & improvementsWork closely with management on financial insights and decisions

2-4 years of proven experience as an accountantStrong experience with full-cycle accountingSolid knowledge of taxes, VAT, and complianceExperience preparing financial statements independentlyHigh proficiency in Excel and accounting softwareStrong analytical skills — you notice inconsistencies fastDetail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors
