Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team.

The primary responsibility will be recording sales invoices and following up on customer accounts with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities: Record daily sales invoices in the accounting system.Review invoices and ensure data accuracy.Follow up on customer accounts and outstanding balances.Prepare simple periodic reports for management.Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure transaction accuracy.Assist with daily accounting tasks as needed.

Training & Support Full training and guidance will be provided.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.0–2 years of accounting experience (preferred but not mandatory).Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Punctual, disciplined, and well-organized.Professional and respectful communication style.Ability to work under pressure when needed.

Preferred (Not Required): Previous experience or exposure to eCommerce businesses.Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon or Noon.Basic understanding or interest in technology products and consumer electronics.
