Junior Data Analyst

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.Create data visualizations to support business decision-making.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL and SSIS.Manage and maintain SQL databases to ensure data integrity.Monitor data quality and resolve data discrepancies.Prepare periodic and ad hoc analytical reports for business stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.Support business functions by providing accurate and timely data insights.Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data processes.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data.

0 to 1 year of experience in data analysis (fresh graduates with a strong foundational knowledge are highly welcome).solid foundation in data visualization and professional reporting.Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.Basic understanding of data modeling concepts.Good skills in data cleaning and transformation.Familiarity with fundamental statistics.Strong passion and eagerness to learn and rapidly develop skills.High attention to detail.Capable of understanding business questions and translating them into clear, basic analytical outputs.Basic knowledge of SQL and a clear understanding of dataset structures will be considered a strong advantage.
