Filmar Nile Textile in borg Alarb, Alexandria is seeking for :Job Title : Junior IT Technician ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will provide IT support to internal users and assist in managing the company's IT infrastructure.

Specifically:Support for Windows PCs in a domain environment and Microsoft 365 licensesPrinters and peripheral devicesHyper-V virtual machines and MS SQL Server databasesUniFi network devices (switches, access points, firewall)VoIP phones and IP camerasProduction devices: PLCs and machine-side PCsLiaison with suppliers, ISPs and software vendorsIT inventory and warehouse management

RequirementsGood command of the English language; knowledge of Italian is a plusWillingness to learn and work with commitmentObservational skills and a problem-solving mindsetDiploma or certification in IT, electronics or telecommunications: desirable but not requiredNo prior sysadmin experience required.We are looking for a young person to be trained internally.

Special attention will be given to work ethic and reasoning ability, regardless of educational background.
