Junior Presales Engineer

We are expanding our team at IT Planet and looking for a motivated Junior Presales Engineer to join our growing Integration Systems team.In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide suitable technical solutions, and support solution sizing and proposal preparation.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.Assist in preparing solution sizing and technical proposals.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.Gather customer requirements and translate them into effective network and infrastructure designs.Architect solutions that align with customer business needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

0–1 year of experience in a Presales or IT Infrastructure role.Basic knowledge of one or more vendors such as Lenovo, Dell, HPE Aruba, Huawei, or Cisco.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in the Presales field.
