Junior Service Engineer

-Inspection of the equipment to ensure proper installation.-Inspect the operating parts to ensure proper operation within documented tolerance.-Troubleshoot the machine faults repair or replace defective spare parts to maintain the machine maximum quality output.-Professionally communicate with customers to explain the equipment situation and gather customer requirements.-Provide the end user training to ensure excellent performance of the equipment.

Bachelor’s degree, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics EngineeringProficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.Excellent analytical, interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills.Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
