Junior Technical Office Engineer

Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Technical Office Engineer to join our technical team.

In this role, you will provide essential support in the preparation of shop drawings, quantity surveying, and documentation.

You will work closely with the site team and the procurement department to ensure that the construction aligns perfectly with technical specifications and project timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuantity Surveying: Assist in calculating and reviewing quantities for various trades (civil, architectural, or finishing) based on project drawings.Shop Drawings: Support the preparation and modification of shop drawings using AutoCAD to ensure they meet site requirements and design intent.Submittals & Documentation: Prepare and track technical submittals, including material samples, data sheets, and Method Statements for consultant approval.Request for Information (RFI): Assist in drafting and tracking RFIs to clarify any discrepancies between tender documents and site conditions.Subcontractor Coordination: Help in reviewing subcontractor invoices and progress reports against actual work performed on-site.Archiving: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all technical documents, including the latest "Approved for Construction" drawings.

Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering.

Prefer government university( cairo , Ain shams , Helwan , Alexandria ,etc )1 Years of experience in the same role in construction or developer companies.Great Ownership , leadership and organizational skills.Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects and problems solving .Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering construction techniques ( Site and Technical office background )A willingness to learn.Experience in using AutoCAD and MS OfficeUnderstand monitoring process and apply the control techniquesWorking on Ras Sudr and Cairo
