Junior Tender & Estimation Engineer

Supports in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders by assisting with quantity take-offs, cost data collection, and compiling technical documents in coordination with senior engineers to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

Study and understand tender documents including RFPs, BOQs, specifications, and drawings.Coordinate with internal departments to collect and compile required inputs for the technical proposals.Prepare technical proposals based on project requirements.Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.Support in preparing pricing sheets and preliminary cost breakdowns.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering.1-3 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation.Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical documentation.Proficient in MS Word, Excel.Strong knowledge of Quantity take-off tools (AutoCAD, Revit).Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
